I am reading The Hunger Games. Suzanne Collins is the author of The Hunger Games Series. I have read two thirds of the first book. What happened is that Katniss volunteered to take her sister Prim spot in the hunger games. The spot that i am at right now is where Katniss is doing interviews with the gamesmakers, after she shot the apple out of the pig when showing her skills to them and she got a score of eleven. I think this book is very interesting because i really didn't try to take the time into reading the book or watch the movie. I think this author thought of this because she had a point of view of the United States in the distance future, she wanted to show how the United States will be separated in twelve districys. The theme is the future of the United States. The best character is Katniss because she used to be fed poorly and now she can get spoiled with the districtr leaders. Katniss changed by caring for her family by not being around her family and trying to survive in the hunger games. "I volunteer!" screamed Katniss. Do they have most of the book used in the movie?
