post 2 No Easy Day, Mark Owein

No Easy Day is about Seal Team Six. Seal Team Six is an organization of the military that are high profile unit. When soldiers graduate from Seal Team Six they go into the Green Berres and on up the ranks. At the beginning of the book it is mostly training and going through check offs. As the training goes on it gets tougher and tries to push each person to their limits. One of the things that they were doing was picking up a log and running a mile with them on their shoulders. Everyone had to work together to pass through the test. Another test was when they had the soldiers had to lay on the shore of the ocean and the waves have to pass over them and they have to hold their breaths. Seal Team Six also has a kill house which is training and stuff for shooting and invasions. They learn how to signal each other quietly, how to do rapid firing, and clearing houses and buildings.
